What action would you choose during quarantine?



I want to give back something to the world at this time of quarantine. As the cloud ☁ of fear, anxiety, anxiousness surrounds everybody's life, I would like to bring to your awareness and let you remember that do not sit before the television the whole day and waste your time ⏰ in analyzing the situation. Instead, spend this valuable downtime with your family 👪 and loved ones. Don't overthink and intensify yourself and bring fear 😱 and anxiety in your life and surroundings.

You can spread positivity by thinking positive, so don't hold yourself back. Take quarantine as an adventurous holiday in a distant island where there is very little survival extinct and you are in isolation from the rest of the world 🌎. You have been challenged to accept these extremities for which an award of bravery will be commenced.

I would like to share my perspective on this current moment and would take this stalemate as a period of mental, physical, emotional rest, which is really required at this point of panic and chaos to check in our self-limiting beliefs, and mental programming. It is a time to know yourself in deep. It is a time of self-reflection and going with the flow. Now that there is ample time to ponder on, start practicing a healthy lifestyle with an early morning exercise on self meditating and yoga, mindful activities, being a support system on family household chores,  engaging in productive tangible action or invest your mind with creative passion of your choice which would give good returns in future.


Now is the best way to keep self-isolating and practice social-distancing. Embrace the positivity of the Pandemic Outbreak. Don't panic take this as an opportunity for self-reflection. Know yourself, who are you, your true purpose and goals, innermost desires and passion which has kept on disappearing from your existence.

This pandemic hasn't affected me. I have been social-distancing and in self-isolation mode for a year and nobody told me that the world would stick in panic and fear in 2020. I have been listening to my inner voice and have worked on myself since then. I've been connecting with nature and indulging in my passion every day. Breaking television headlines doesn't affect me a bit.

Change your thoughts and everything else will change. This is a huge time, releasing the old you and let go of things, places, circumstances, and situation which are no longer serving you well. People holding too tight on those relationships which doesn't make them complete, and whole. Outdated jobs and work environments where ones don't feel mental satisfaction and inner tranquility. This is the best way to embrace a new perspective of a way of living and free from old ways of thinking and doing things. Hallelujah! Make space for new abundance to enter your being.
