Many people long for a simple life away from the chaos. To completely embrace this form of lifestyle is to understand the concept in-depth and implement it. Here are some suggestions on how to adopt a simplistic lifestyle.


1. Limit from the outside intake of information and validation 

There are so many things in the world to know. Be aware of what you're consuming into your brain. Don't rush to things at one go. Take time and be gentle with yourself to gain deep knowledge for particular subjects when it is required. You are at your best when you focus on one thing at one time. Limit from the sources such as television, Internet, social media, friends, colleague, strangers, and you're immediate surroundings.

2. Relish each moment 

There is nothing like competition in life. You are not left out in life's rat race until you feel competitive within yourself. Life is an illusion, everybody is running after something or other. You are not realizing the fact that living a moment at a time is how critical for your development. Don't focus on another success story, shift your focus back on you. Take your time to fully aware that it is a process of self-discovery and you are alone in this journey so relax and enjoy each moment as it comes; be it happiness, pain, struggles, triumphs, and tribulations. 

Not only did I savor my food, I fully dive into my warm glass of water in the morning one sip at a time.

3. Creating a list and working on one item at a time

I know productive people have much larger goals to achieve and this list goes on and on. Don't be overwhelmed. Living a simple way is prioritizing your goals as they should be achieved at their level. Life is not all about victory or accomplishments, it's also about counting your failures and struggles which makes your journey a truly memorable one to remember. Come up with a list of all things that you need to do to have the life you want. Take your time and complete the task and then move on to the next checklist.

4. Spend time with people who matter most in your life 

We should not welcome unnecessary distraction which is a wastage of time and energy. Identifying the right people to connect with and having a meaningful connection is a valuable aspect that will provide peace, motivation, knowledge, awareness, joy, fun, and growth.

5. Make a big cut down 

To get past the resistance of transitioning from a chaotic to a simple life is by undertaking big actions like not including the marketplace products in your grooming wardrobe. Adding homemade remedies to your skin will get rid of toxins. Staying away from junk food and keeping a healthier and greener approach to your food habits. I am giving you tips on how I manage to bring a balance by cutting down big life anchors of modern days.

6. Learn to stay a loner

It is hard to stay away from the daily workload. But giving yourself time alone and just doing nothing is the greatest gift. Most of us have the idea of resistance to missing out on something. We can not afford to sit idle, we have to work hard, manage our daily errands, attending monthly checkups with the doctor, taking the dog out in the woods for potty. Promise a me-time. You've got the opportunity of understanding yourself better, your emotions, feelings, joys, happiness, security, stability, and needs. And then refocus on your goals, desires, and wants in a much productive way.

7. Don't take on others shit 

You are not responsible for others' pain and struggles. Don't become a sponge and take on other emotions as your own. Everybody here is learning their lessons. You should be aware of yours. Putting healthy boundaries and protecting yourself from unwanted distractions, projections and emotional manipulation will put you in a happier state. Take charge of your life and start to say No πŸ™ to unnecessary things.


To Sum Up

Many people avoid taking minimalism and frugality in this modern time because to them it is impossible to let go of everything that you love. To some, it is sacrificed and to others, it is just a way of being in a balanced state of living. The concept of living a simplified life varies for every individual. You have the power to manage your intentions and desires by taming the materialistic urge inside of you. The whole concept is to live an efficient life by cutting down your desirable purchases which is not a requirement. These suggestions above will impact your life if you just thinking of giving it a try. Go and embrace the change with an open mind.
